Henrik Olesen Roffler is a highly accomplished executive with a proven track record in leading teams, driving operational excellence and spearheading transformational initiatives in the wind, maritime, building, and healthcare sectors.

Henrik has led teams within product, technology, and production development, Lean transformations, and Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental, Social, Governance (ESG). Henrik has led many health and safety workshops underpinned by Human and Organisational Performance (HOP) and the 15 Seconds methodology. He has a proven track record in leading transformation processes, as a consultant and as a manager, that are tailored to the specific needs and culture in enterprises.

With two educations, as a mechanical engineer and positive psychologist, Henrik is passionate about deploying methodologies that management and employees can mirror, find meaningful, and turn into real behaviour.
